ONLINE & PHONE PURCHASES All custom work -- Rubber Stamps, Embossers, Personalized Novelties, Signage (ANY of Our Brands) and the like, by nature are NON-REFUNDABLE. Our suppliers may, at their discretion, be able to assist in fixing a problem (such as replace a defective rubber stamp die in a rubber stamp or missing parts at their discretion).
We would like to be given a chance to make good on any problem for you. All
returns or adjustments must be made within 10 days of receipt of product and require a simple phone call to All Braille at
877-310-4361 for further
instructions. All returns require prior authorization. All-Braille is not
responsible for return costs incurred . All-Braille is
not responsible for returned goods lost in transit, that responsibility relies
solely with the shipping carrier. ORDER ACCEPTANCE / ACKNOWMEDGEMENT Order acceptance policy: The order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price.
